What Data We Access

TabStash requires the following Chrome permissions to function:

tabs — To read the URLs and titles of your open tabs so you can save them as sessions.
storage — To save your sessions locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage.
favicon — To display website icons next to your saved tabs for easy identification.

What We Store

All session data (tab URLs, titles, session names, and colors) is stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local. This data never leaves your browser.

What We Don't Do

We do not collect any personal information.
We do not track your browsing activity.
We do not send any data to external servers.
We do not use analytics, cookies, or tracking pixels.
We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

Third-Party Services

The free version of TabStash uses no third-party services whatsoever. Future Pro features (cloud sync) may use secure third-party services, and this policy will be updated accordingly before those features launch.

Data Deletion

Uninstalling TabStash automatically removes all stored data from your device. You can also clear your data at any time through the extension's settings.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page with the new date. Since we don't collect your email or any contact info, please check back periodically.
